TRAGEDY – 1

A Man falls in love, marries against his Parents’ wishes, moves to a new Town, starts a family & has a Son.

22 years later, Man’s Nephew dies (commits suicide?!).
Man visits Hometown, is emotionally blackmailed to stay with his Parents & he decides to do so.

3 months after that, his 19 year old brilliant Son threatens to commit suicide by jumping off a cliff in the hope of reuniting his forcefully estranged Father & Mother.

After more than 2 hours of discussion between the Son, Father & Mother at the edge of the cliff, on the excuse of Son’s wanting an iPhone, the Man (Father) sees an opportunity to grab his Son & bring him away from the edge to safety, jumps & grabs him but Son loses balance & Father & Son fall off the edge.

Mother sees them falling & joins them in the jump.

Who must Man owe his allegiance to, his Parents or his Family?!

QUESTION 2:
After 22 years, why couldn’t the Parents accept the Man’s decision & forgive the past to start afresh?!

QUESTION 3:
How emotionally dependent should Parents be on their Children?!
What happens to Parents without Children?!
