Now, a little more elaboration on the Thought Space between Fields.

Roughly, there are 6 kinds of “Voices In The Head.”

1) JACK: Male Survivor Voice.

2) JILL: Female Wellbeing & Conscience Voice.

3) JO (JOSEPH / JOSEPHINE): The YOU responsible for Progress in Thought Fields.

4) JEM (JEMMY / JEMILA): Your Technical Assistant’s Voice.

5) JAME (JAMES / JAMIE): The Astral Voice.

6) JUMBO: Your Elephant-like Subconscious “Perconstra” Voice.

3) Jo listens to every Voice & is the “You” responsible for taking decisions.

1 & 2) Jack & Jill worry about your well being & are always there to suggest help with discussions between them in times of need (always active but in the background).

5) Jame is tuned to Astral Inputs & speaks up only when needed (most don’t pay heed).

6) Jumbo is usually silent but influences Jo.

4) Jem is a ‘Gem.”
It is CONSTANTLY active!!!
Train it & it is your Faithful Assistant which provides Solutions.
Don’t train it & it goes berserk with Wasteful & Negative Thoughts creating Problems.

The trick is to train your Technical Assistant, Jem, to obey your, Jo’s, orders.
Once trained to provide Solutions instead of Problems, or of wasting energy & time, the useless “chatter” in your head ceases.
Most Meditations serve to train only Jem.
